At Nihal The Lebal, we take pride in the quality of our abayas, hijabs, and modest wear.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the following terms.

2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Returns accepted for 3 days

  • Customer provides return shipping

  • No restocking fee

  • No final sale items

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Customer provides return shipping

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or stitched orders
  • Items showing signs of use or wear

4. Return Process

  • Once approved, our team will share the return instructions.
  • Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Right to Refuse

Nihal The Lebal reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria or appear to be intentionally damaged.
